Beans, Organic and Japanese Beans

Legumes (beans, peas, and lentils) are not only high in protein, but also in fat and carbohydrate.  They are rich sources of potassium, calcium, iron and several B-vitamins.  Sprouted legumes are an excellent source of vitamin C and enzymes.
